Ingredients
400g chickpeas (canned or self prepared)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
50ml water
50ml extra virgin olive oil (add more for a creamier texture)
Put all ingredients in a pot and blend. Whoop houmous!
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil or a tasty tip from my pals at Java Junction - sprinkle on smoked paprika. yum yum yum.
